What an incredible year it’s been! If I can just brag for a moment… this blog grew exponentially in under 12 months and I managed to launch a YouTube channel this year as well that’s now reached over 53,000 subscribers. Holy vegan cannoli! I can’t believe it! I’m so excited to ring in 2016 because I can’t wait to see what kind of magic it holds for hot for food.
