the raspberry refresher smoothie
Here's an easy and refreshing drink for pre or post workout using vega sport hydrator.
Prep Time 7 minutes
Total Time 7 minutes
- 1 C frozen raspberries
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 pkt pom-berry vega sport hydrator
- 1 tbsp fresh mint
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 1/4 C coconut water (or use 1 C coconut water & 1/4 C fresh orange juice)
- 1 C ice cubes
Blend all the ingredients together in a high-powered blender until smooth.
