This raspberry smoothie is fruity, refreshing, and uses Vega Sport Hydrator. As you might already know, I recently became a Vega ambassador! It’s very exciting to work with a brand that is bringing the community together and I’ve been able to spread the word about healthy nutritional supplements to various people in my circle. I already did it before, but now I just get the official title!

This raspberry smoothie will hit the spot pre or post workout. The best part about smoothies is that they’re super easy to throw together! Plus the added flavors of mint and coconut water give this an extra kick that’ll have you feeling extra cool!

Here’s an easy and refreshing drink for pre or post workout using Vega Sport Hydrator.

Ingredients

  • 1 C frozen raspberries
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 packet Berry Vega Sport Hydrator
  • 1 tbsp fresh mint
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 1/4 C coconut water (or use 1 C coconut water & 1/4 C fresh orange juice)
  • 1 C ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Blend all the ingredients together in a high-powered blender until smooth.
