It was such a surprise to see my face on the cover of IMPACT Magazine! They never told me I’d be on the cover! But I did know they were in the middle of compiling a list of Canada’s Top Vegan Influencers. There’s some incredible people on this list and it’s so exciting to see more and more people getting turned on to the vegan lifestyle because of the internet. Like I always say, vegan takeover is in full effect.
