Ingredients

  • 1 C frozen mango chunks
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 C baby spinach leaves
  • 2 tbsp hemp hearts
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 C coconut water

Instructions

  1. Blend all the ingredients in a high-speed blender until smooth.
