
'Tis the season for peaches! I bought a bunch, quartered them (peel on) and froze them for making smoothies and ice cream. I suggest you do the same. That way, whipping up recipes like the peach mango smoothie will be easy peasy!
Also, let's talk about coconut oil for a minute. I'm sure you've heard about all the good things it does for you. If not, check this. But I think the best way to eat more coconut oil is by adding it to your smoothies. Some people complain about the taste or texture, so this is the way to do it! You definitely can't tell it's even in there, other than the fact that it will make your smoothie creamier. You'll also notice almost all of my smoothie recipes contain coconut oil, but this one even has a little extra.

- 1 C frozen mango chunks
- ¼ C hemp hearts
- 1 C coconut water
- ½ a lime, juiced
- 3 tablespoon coconut oil
