Fruit smoothies are great and all, but sometimes we all crave a dreamy, creamy coffee moment first thing in the morning. But a latte isn't exactly a healthy breakfast choice (even though I wish it was!). This vanilla latte smoothie really does taste like an ice cold vanilla latte, plus it's got good-for-you ingredients like chia seeds and almond butter to keep you fuller longer. The best part? I still included a gool ol' shot of of espresso for that caffeine boost you might need mid-day or week!
If coffee/smoothie hybrids are your official new obsession, you'll also go nuts over my vegan mocha frappucino smoothie. No more waiting in line at coffee shops first thing in the morning!
