Ingredients

  • 1 C nondairy milk
  • 2 pitted medjool dates
  • 1 tbsp black chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp raw cacao nibs
  • 1 tbsp raw almond butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla powder or pure vanilla extract
  • 1 espresso shot, cooled
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup (optional)
  • 2 C ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a high-powered blender until smooth.
