Ingredients

  • 1 C toasted walnuts
  • 2 C packed fresh basil
  • 1/2 a lemon juiced
  • 1 to 2 garilc cloves
  • sea salt & ground pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. In a high-powered blender or food processor blend all the ingredients together on high until smooth. 

Recipe Notes

Keeps up to 7 days in the fridge. It will be much smoother, like the one pictured, if you do it in a blender. The version in a food processor will be more chunky.
