I'd like you to meet the pineapple chai smoothie, aka a friendly jolt of breakfast inspiration!
This creamy blend includes Vega All-in-One Nutritional Shake which is a whole food nutritional supplement that I recommend everyone add to their diet, vegan or not. I don't use it everyday, but I use it enough to keep my diet balanced and get all the nutrition I need especially if I've been travelling or eating not-so-good for a couple weeks. It also helped a lot when I transitioned to a vegan diet.
Even better, this fruity blend has a few special ingredients! Hemp hearts are loaded with nutrients and plant-based protein to keep you fuller longer. the pineapple chai smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 frozen banana
- ½ C frozen pineapple chunks
- ¾ C nondairy milk
- ¼ C fresh orange juice
- 1 scoop Vega Vanilla All-in-One Nutritional Shake
- 3 tablespoon hemp hearts
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- 1 teaspoon masala chai powder
- ½ C ice cubes
Instructions
- Combine all the ingredients together in a high-powered blender until very smooth.
