Ice cream equals summer. But ice cream makes me sick! Luckily there’s an extremely healthy solution to satisfy your ice cream cravings, but not cheat on your beach bod goals! This vegan peanut butter chocolate chip banana ice cream uses frozen bananas as its base. If you’re a raw purist, then just replace peanut butter with a raw nut butter of your choice! Either way, you’ll think you’ve died and gone to heaven after you try it.
You can serve this heavenly peanut butter chocolate chip banana ice cream in a bowl or vegan friendly ice cream cone. If you truly can’t wait, just eat it directly out of the food processor… I won’t judge! If you’re feeling especially creative, you can serve it between the cookies in my recipe for the ultimate vegan ice cream sandwich.
