    blueberry banana power smoothie bowl

blueberry banana power smoothie bowl_hot for food

If you eat yogurt on the daily, I urge you to stop. Most yogurts on the market are loaded with sugar, plus it usually clogs you up because dairy tends to do that! This blueberry banana power smoothie bowl is a fantastic substitute. It's similar to the consistency of yogurt, and is loaded with protein, antioxidants, and vitamins. Plus, the camu camu berry powder is loaded with vitamin C!

You can also top this with any scrumptious fixings you have in your pantry. Chia seeds and pumpkin seeds are pictured here, as well as some of my homemade hemp granola. There's no rules in the world of smoothie bowls. Make it your own!
