If you're eating yogurt on the daily I urge you to stop. Most yogurts on the market are loaded with sugar, plus doesn't it just clog you all up?! Dairy tends to do that. Why not give this power smoothie bowl a try. It's similar to the consistency of yogurt and is loaded with protein, antioxidants, and vitamins - the camu camu berry powder is loaded with vitamin C!
1 frozen banana
1/2 C frozen blueberries
1/4 C fresh orange juice
1/4 C almond milk
1 tbsp flax oil
3 tbsp hemp seeds
1 tsp camu camu berry powder (optional)
In a vitamix or high powered blender combine all ingredients until smooth. Poor into your dish and top with homemade granola, pumpkins seeds, or chia seeds for extra protein and fibre. Alternatively you could drink this without adding the topping... it's totally up to you!
