This simple side makes lunch prep a breeze! It has white navy beans and a pre-made pesto.

Ingredients

  • 1 x 14 oz can navy beans, drained and rinsed
  • C pre-made pesto (I use Sunflower Kitchen brand)
  • ¼ C parsley, finely chopped
  • juice of half a lemon
  • sea salt & ground black pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Combine the navy beans with pesto, parsley, lemon juice, and salt and pepper to taste. 

Notes

Keep refrigerated and consume within 2 days.
