There's a new ice cream float in town! Cool off with this fizzy combination of watermelon and vegan coconut ice cream.

Ingredients
1 ½Ccubed watermelon
1Cfrozen strawberries
2large scoopsvegan vanilla coconut ice cream
1Csparkling lime flavoured water (or sparkling water with fresh lime juice)
Instructions
In a blender, combine the watermelon and strawberries until smooth.
Fill about a quarter of your glass with the slush, then add ice cream, top with sparkling water until nearly full, and add a little bit more slush on top. Serve immediately!
