A combination of two classic comfort foods! It's veg-friendly cheeseburger madness on top of mini pizzas, which is basically a vegan dream come true.
Preheat oven to 475°F.
To make the burger sauce, whisk together ingredients in a bowl and set aside.
Cut the pre-made ball of pizza dough into 4 equal pieces.
Spray a baking sheet with cooking oil. Flatten and stretch each of piece of dough to form the pizza crusts. Brush the edges of each crust with olive oil and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Put veggie ground round into a bowl and break apart so it forms a crumbly texture.
Spread pizza sauce on the middle of each pizza crust. Then top each mini pizza with with vegan cheese slices, diced onion, diced tomato, and sliced pickles.
Bake mini pizzas for 20 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.
Remove from the oven and drizzle with burger sauce. Serve immediately.
Pre-made pizza dough is often in the deli section of your grocery store or somewhere around where they sell to-go hot bar items. I've also seen it in the frozen food section as well. If you don't see it, just ask someone. I bet you it's in the store somewhere!
