Here's an extremely healthy solution to satisfy your ice cream cravings, but not cheat on your beach bod goals!
Add peanut butter, cacao nibs, sea salt, and agave or maple syrup and whiz a little longer until you get a soft serve ice cream consistency.
You can add so many other things to this frozen banana ice cream base. Try caramelized pecans or candied nuts, almond butter or another favorite nut butter, cinnamon, cardamom, frozen blueberries, chopped dates, candied ginger... the list goes on and on. Get creative!
