guacamole for one

Here's an easy and clever way to eat your guacamole!

  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1/2 lime, juiced
  • sea salt & ground black pepper, to taste
  • 1 tbsp salsa


  1. Cut avocado in half and use the half without the pit first. Save the pitted half in the fridge. Cut the avocado flesh with a knife in a grid pattern without going through the skin, and then mash with a fork gently.
  2. Squeeze half a lime into the avocado mash and combine with a fork. Add sea salt and ground black pepper to taste, and stir a couple times to combine. Dollop with a salsa of your choice and enjoy with your favorite corn chips!
