In a high-powered, blender combine banana, nondairy milk, Vega One, hemp hearts, and ice cubes until frothy and smooth. Pour the smoothie into a glass.
If you want to make a coconut whip topping, rinse out the blender and add thick coconut cream from the top of a very cold can of coconut milk and blend it until smooth. You might need to add 1 teaspoon of nondairy milk to loosen it a bit. Pour this on top of the smoothie and serve immediately!
