Ingredients

  • 1 x 14 oz can navy beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1/3 C pre-made pesto (I use Sunflower Kitchen brand)
  • 1/4 C parsley, finely chopped
  • juice of half a lemon
  • sea salt & ground black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine the navy beans with pesto, parsley, lemon juice, and salt and pepper to taste.

Keep refrigerated and consume within 2 days.
