Here's an easy and refreshing drink for pre or post workout using Vega Sport Hydrator.

  • 1 C frozen raspberries
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 packet Berry Vega Sport Hydrator
  • 1 tbsp fresh mint
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 1/4 C coconut water (or use 1 C coconut water & 1/4 C fresh orange juice)
  • 1 C ice cubes


  1. Blend all the ingredients together in a high-powered blender until smooth.
