fizzy watermelon floats

There's a new ice cream float in town! Cool off with this fizzy combination of watermelon and vegan coconut ice cream.

  • 1 1/2 C cubed watermelon
  • 1 C frozen strawberries
  • 2 large scoops vegan vanilla coconut ice cream
  • 1 C sparkling lime flavoured water (or sparkling water with fresh lime juice)


  1. In a blender, combine the watermelon and strawberries until smooth. 

  2. Fill about a quarter of your glass with the slush, then add ice cream, top with sparkling water until nearly full, and add a little bit more slush on top. Serve immediately!
