Combine all the ingredients except the raspberries and coconut water in a high-powered blender until smooth. Pour this mixture into your glass.
Rinse the blender and combine the raspberries and coconut water in the blender until smooth. Pour or spoon this mixture on top of the previous mixture. If you like, sprinkle with shredded coconut, granola, or any other topping of your choice.
